Our Inspection Agreement generally describes
the scope and timing of all inspection services and
environmental testing that you request. It also describes
the legal rights of both parties and the terms of payment.
Our inspectors comply with the standards of practice
as defined by the American Society of Home Inspectors
(ASHI). As such, we provide our client with information
regarding the condition of systems and components in
the home based on a visual inspection of areas that
are readily accessible at the time of the inspection.
We provide a written report to our client that contains
the inspector’s findings, rating, and comments.
The report also includes digital pictures and maintenance
suggestions, as appropriate.
